Yes you are free to register your official company Registered Business Address as 49 Greek Street with Companies House.
If you are a mail forward member, we will bundle up the mail that arrives for you and forward your mail to your specified address the same day it arrives. If you are a Mail Scan Member, we will open your mail, scan it and email it to your email address. We will then securely shred the originals after 7 days. All electronic copies will be deleted after 14 days.
After signing up via our secure payment system, you’ll need to email us two pieces of identification (Passport/Driving Licence/National ID card and something with your address on it e.g. recent Utility bill/Bank Statement/Driving licence). Once we get this, we will have your account up and running immediately and you can start notifying people of your new office address.
We will accept mail for you that has either 1. Your registered company name; 2. Your personal name; 3. Your trading name (if similar).
We need two pieces of ID from you in order to fully set up your account so you can start receiving mail:
1. Something to show us who you are (e.g. Passport/Driving Licence/National ID card)
2. Something with your address on it (e.g. Driving Licence/Recent Utility Bill/Recent Bank Statement) (Mail Forward Members – if the address you want your mail forwarded to is different from the address on your ID, then we will also need something official – Utility bill/bank statement – with your forward address on it).

Yes we accept parcels. But only of a size that will fit through our letter box (SIZE – 18cm X 4cm). We will still accept parcels that are bigger than this, however, you will need to notify us first so we can expect its arrival. Subject to a reasonable use policy – please see our Terms & Conditions.
If you are a Mail Scan Member, we will email you a scan of your mail the day it arrives. If you are a Mail Forward Member, we will forward your mail on to your specified address the day it arrives via 1st Class Royal Mail post.
All Mail Forward Members are required to pay a £20 postage deposit in advance. This will then be used to pay for the cost of a stamp to forward your mail to you 1st class via Royal Mail. When this is running low we will contact you so you can top it up, so there’s no delay in getting your mail to you.
That depends on how much mail you have sent to you. In our experience, it does on average last for some months. E.g. if you receive around 4 pieces of mail a week, your £20 deposit will last approximately 2 months.
We operate a Reasonable Use Policy subject to a limit of 75 pieces of mail scanned or forwarded to you in a calendar month. If you exceed this, we will contact you to discuss suitable arrangements. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
All mail that arrives for you will be securely stored and processed on site for you. Mail will be forwarded on to you First Class via Royal Mail for Mail Forward Members. Mail Scan Members, your mail will be opened, scanned and emailed to you. The originals will then be securely shredded and disposed of after 7 days. We will not accept any business which could be considered to be illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene. If any false detail / information is provided, City Virtual Hub will be entitled to terminate any agreement without notice.
